Tariff Rates

Any tour operator offering tour packages with less than the government prescribed minimum daily tariff is a definitive act of undercutting and is prosecutable under the law of the country. The government sets the minimum daily tariff so that the tourism industry can sustain for years to come and at the same time the policy is targeted to balance between the economic gain and protection of unique culture and tradition of Bhutan.

Peak Months: March, April, May, September, October and November.

• 01 pax: USD 250 (tour rate) + USD 40 (Government surcharge) per night.
• 02 pax: USD 250 (tour rate) + USD 30 (Government surcharge) per person per night.
• In a group of 03 pax or more: USD 250 per person per night.

Regular Months: January, February, June, July, August and December.

• 01 pax: USD 200 (tour rate) + USD 40 (Government surcharge) per night.
• 02 pax: USD 200 (tour rate) + USD 30 (Government surcharge) per person per night.
• In a group of 03 pax or more: USD 200 per person per night.

Government Surcharges:

Tourists traveling in a group of two (2) persons or less shall be subject to a government surcharge, in addition to the minimum daily package rates.

• Single individual – US$ 40 per night.
• Group of 2 persons only – US$ 30 per person per night.
• THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT SURCHARGE FOR A GROUP OF 3 PEOPLE OR MORE.

• Preparation and payment of your Bhutan Visa
• Government Approved 3 Stars Tourist Standard Hotel Accommodation
• All Hot Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
• All internal travel with a good Korean or Japanese car with a licensed driver

**Please kindly note that entities such as 4 stars and 5 stars Hotel upgrades, room upgrades, extra bed, foreign language guides (if available) could be arranged for a nominal fee. Please contact us for further details.

Tour Programmes booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

• 90 ~ 30 days of start of programme ~ no charges
• within 21 days ~ 10% of rate
• within 14 days ~ 15% of rate
• within 7 days ~ 30% of rate
• less than 7 days or without notice ~ 50% of rate
• after arrival in Bhutan ~ 100% of rate
